What it is
NummusPad is a launchpad on Arc where every coin trades against a world currency instead of a dollar. A coin born in yen is priced in yen, raises yen, and pays its creator in yen.
You still pay with USDC. The desk swaps it into the currency on the way in and back on the way out, so the currency is a fact about the coin, not a chore for the trader.
Currencies
Each currency is its own token on Arc, issued by the desk, one to one with the real thing at the live rate.
The desk
The desk mints a currency for USDC and burns it for USDC, at a rate a keeper posts as the median of three live market sources. It keeps a USDC reserve per currency that covers everything in circulation.
When the rate is stale the desk closes, launches pause, and existing coins keep trading in their currency.
Stocks
A coin can also be priced in a tokenized stock: NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, AMZN, META, GOOGL, SPY or QQQ, as the .arc tokens issued by ArcStocks and backed one to one by the real share in their reserve.
The shares are not minted here. A buy sends your USDC to ArcStocks in the same transaction; their operator buys the share into their reserve and delivers the .arc, and the keeper then finishes the trade on the coin's pool, usually within a minute. A sell goes the other way: the coin is sold for shares at once, ArcStocks redeems them, and the USDC follows. One signature each way.
ArcStocks takes 0.25% and fills orders from 1 USDC to 1,000 USDC. If the curve moves past your slippage while they are filling, you receive the shares themselves rather than a trade at a price you did not accept.
The curve
Every coin starts on a bonding curve, scaled to its currency so the dollar numbers line up across all of them.
The curve is not a contract of its own: it is a Uniswap v4 position. A constant-product curve between the start and the graduation price is exactly a concentrated-liquidity position, so the launchpad opens a pool for every coin at creation and seeds it with the 793.1M curve tokens. Buying walks the price up the curve, selling walks it back down, and every trade is an ordinary Uniswap swap from the first one.
Fees
Graduation
Nothing moves at graduation. When the last curve token sells, the price simply continues into a second position that has been sitting in the same pool since creation: the 206.9M kept tokens, from the graduation price upwards. Everything raised stays in the curve position as depth below that price.
Both positions are held by the launchpad contract, which has no function to withdraw them, so the liquidity is locked from the first trade rather than from graduation. Only the launchpad can add liquidity to a coin's pool; nobody can front-run the curve with their own.
The hook on the pool marks the coin graduated, switches the fee to the market cap tier schedule, and keeps sending the creator their share of every trade.
Trackers
Because every coin lives in a Uniswap v4 pool from its first buy, DexScreener, GMGN and the other trackers see its trades from day one, with no listing step.
Each token exposes its metadata through contractURI(), in the shape trackers read: name, symbol, description, picture, website, X and Telegram. The launchpad emits the same URI in its creation event.
For creators
A launch takes a name, a symbol, a picture, and optionally a description, a website, an X and a Telegram. The links show on the coin's page and go out with its metadata. An optional first buy happens in the same transaction, on the same terms as everybody else.
Earnings accrue in the coin's currency on every trade, on the curve and after graduation alike. Claim them from the coin's page whenever you like. The fee recipient can be changed by the creator.
